The Reluctant Time Traveler - ILLUSIONS

THE RELUCTANT TIME TRAVELER

CYCLES

Kronos was always very patient with me.  I knew that one day he would leave for good when his commitment was fulfilled here.  I also knew that I would miss him terribly.

"Let's take this apart and see what makes it go."  He said, referring to the difference between vibration and cycles.  "We know that vibration directly effects energy."   He stopped.    "I will refer to the energy contained in the black universe as "dark-matter".   This is so we can make a semantical distinction between "energy" and "matter", as we know them, later on when it becomes necessary."   He explained.

Kronos continued.    "As I was saying, we know that vibration directly effects dark-matter, but what is vibration?   Is it something unto itself and completely separate from dark-matter, or is it produced by dark-matter, like burping?   Is the source of vibration continuous?   Or was there a single, one time cause that happened somewhere in eternity, and is still reverberating, perhaps forever?"   He shrugged.    "I don't know the answer to these questions.    This, of course, doesn't preclude some other intelligence from knowing."

"We know that whatever its source, vibration produces observable oscillations in dark-matter."   Kronos paused for a moment.    "These oscillations form a series of highs and lows that constitute wavelengths.    A wavelength can be thought of as a creation, born out of the union of dark-matter and vibration.    Each dominant wavelength is psychologically associated with a separate and distinct color, and in the same order as they are found in the spectrum of white light.

MULTI-DIMENSIONAL VISION

That is, however, only when viewed with what I call "multi-dimensional" vision.    By this, I mean, if we were to try and view these phenomenon with purely physical eyes, we would only be able to see the final results, which we so proudly deem as "reality", and not be able to see any of its constituent parts.    One who attains multi-dimensional vision, is truly a "two eyed" man in the land of the blind."   He smiled.

Understand that dark-matter cannot be any further condensed, and so when subjected to vibration, a chain reaction begins that eventually defines creation.    In the production of the various colored universes, we are looking at only the first reaction in a chain of predictable reactions.

A UNIVERSE OF MANY COLORS

We were suddenly back in the crimson universe.  Kronos continued.    "This is the Crimson Universe.    Although it appears red, it is actually infrared.    If we were viewing this place with our physical eyes, it would appear entirely different.    Infrared is the beginning of the cycle of colors.    It is a primary color, meaning that it and the two other primary colors make white.  One might think that an even blend of the additive light primary colors, Red, Green and Blue would make white.  But, as you may recall, the human eye is more sensitive to some colors than others.  Your television, for example, instead of using equal amounts of Red, Green and Blue to make white light, uses, 11% Red, 59% Green and 30% Blue, to make white light.    This is because, in order to perceive white, the human eye demands this combination.    As you will see, creation, for lack of a better word, uses Infrared, bright mid-range Yellow and Indigo to produce what is called "Universal White Light".

The universe was beginning to turn dark brown.  "Next we see the three sub-colors of infrared.  First is brown,.as you can see, there are sub divisions of each sub-color as well."  I could see the dark brown changing into a lighter shade.    I was feeling very insignificant by the shear magnificence of it all.

Kronos continued.    "Next is Burgundy.    The universe was changing into a deep purple brown.    I was overwhelmed by its lusciousness.    My senses were beginning to go into overload.    I had never dreamed anything could be so beautiful.    It was indescribable, and one of those experiences that is impossible to remember in the physical body.    As each universe unfolded, I felt myself drifting into them, becoming one with them.

Kronos, sensing that he was losing my attention, increased his size until he was, relative to mine, over ten feet tall.    He gently picked me up  in his arms as one might to comfort a small child.   This brought me back into focus.    "Sorry"   I apologized.    "No need, He said, it struck me exactly the same way the first time I experienced it.    And although I have been here many times, it still amazes me."

Making sure that I had regained my senses, Kronos, still holding me, continued with the tour.    "Next, as you see, is the orange universe."   The advent of orange was sudden and surprising!   "This is the third and final sub-color of infrared, and although it may not appear so, there are sub-divisions within orange as well."   He said.    Next time we meet, we will look at yellow, the second primary color in the production of universal white light.    I felt an overwhelming sense of pride, from this orange universe, that I couldn't explain.    It was charged with a feeling that it was alive!   "Now," He said, with a twinkle in his voice, "don't be surprised if next time we have a little quizypoo!"   He laughed, and I found myself back at my desk.

My pragmatic self was thinking, was this, after all, just a vivid dream contrived in an over active imagination?   I just couldn't bring myself to believe that a dream could be so real and informative.    I truly believed that Kronos was real, but there was always this little nagging doubt in the back of my mind that maybe I was just going crazy.
